Alternate pixels used to create solid colors. Can this be changed?

I just bought the E43-F1 and it’s nice, except I’ve noticed that flat colors have a noticeable pattern in the pixels that a standard monitor does not. I’m using the tv as a pc monitor - outputting full 4k at 60hz from a 2080 rtx.

This is what gray looks like - https://photos.app.goo.gl/yioFT2jvCuT5YXHn6

Here is a solid blue button on the vizio tv - https://photos.app.goo.gl/bJ4Ja5DHWt6VmyUr5

And here is the same blue button on my dell monitor of roughly the same pixel density - https://photos.app.goo.gl/WuKX7dXyXKLsEuDs8

My understanding is this in not RGBW and it’s running in chroma 4:4:4.

Why is it not using each pixel to render the color like the monitor, but is instead alternating the colors of every other pixel? Any way to fix this so the output is consistent like the monitor?

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
