Vizio V505-G9 compared to Vizio E Series 2018

Since the V505-G9 is a D Series with Dolby Vision support, and possibly an adjustable BFI mode to reduce persistence blur, is it safe to say its picture quality would be really close to the E series 2018 (closer to E than D)? The main thing missing from the V505-G9 would the local dimming?
