I cant get dolby truehd/atmos over earc to my earc avr, denon x4500h. Is there a way to fix this. Will you test it and update that part of the review? Thanks.
We’ve purchased the product and are waiting for it to arrive in our lab.
Absolutely love your thorough and extensive reviews, thanks! Based on your reviews, and mostly the comment that this is the only Nutribullet that has dishwasher safe blades, I went ahead and purchased my old nutribullet with this one. Upon receiving it to my surprise the manual says that the blades should not go in the dishwasher…
If I look up the product on their website it says the same. On their blog somewhere it does say they can go in the dishwasher. I called Nutribullet to clarify and they said that actually all nutribullet blades are dishwasher safe, as long as you don’t let them stay in the dishwasher after running (because of the steam and het) but dry them immediately after instead.
May I ask what your source it to get rid of this confusion (and perhaps my purchase)? Again, for me this was the determining factor in buying this one, otherwise I might have gone with a Ninja (that all have dishwasher safe blades) or a cheaper Pro model.

Hi, thanks for reading and getting in touch with us. Our source for the blades being dishwasher-safe was this information in the Ultra’s manual:
“Never place the Rapid Extractor Blade, Cups, or To-Go Lids on the bottom rack or use the heat/sanitize cycle of your dishwasher when cleaning, and this may cause warping and possible safety hazards.”
However, the manual currently available on NutriBullet’s website doesn’t have that text and says not to put the blades in the dishwasher. It looks like the confusion may have come from a mistake in the original manual. NutriBullet’s website does say that the blades are dishwasher safe, so there is some contradictory information out there, but we’re going to update the review to reflect the information in the current manual (that the blades are not dishwasher-safe). I’m sorry that this affected your buying decision, but thank you for bringing it to our attention!
Update: We’ve changed the results under Blades to say that the blade assembly isn’t dishwasher-safe. An apparent mistake caused confusion in the original manual, which isn’t currently available on NutriBullet’s website.
