As i noticed we have different sensor and click latency for G PRO Wireless and G PRO SUPERLIGHT. But the logitech says that they use the same sensor… could you please explain why we have better (lower) performance for SUPERLIGHT against GPW ?

Hey xDDD, that is an excellent question, we had the same question. We don’t have the definitive answers for it, however my theory would be possibly different firmware for both these mice, which may impact the performance between both mice. As for the Click Latency, I believe the same theory applies here, and they are also using different switches.
I hope I was able to answer your question with my theories, again these are just theories and are not definitive.
Update: We’ve updated the CPI graph displayed in the Sensor Latency section of this review. Our results remain the same, but these graphs have two new columns with results from the Delay At Half Movement and Delay To End Of Movement tests.

Thank you for the question. We haven’t tested this mouse for PS5 compatibility, but Logitech has stated that it will work on PlayStation in a reply to a customer question on Amazon.com here. However, since Logitech’s GHUB software isn’t available on PlayStation, you’ll have to save settings like your CPI onto the mouse’s onboard memory beforehand.

Good question! The USB port you use shouldn’t affect input lag, but it’s always a good idea to have the 2.4 GHz USB receiver as close to the mouse as possible for the best performance.

I know several good players play with this mouse wired, but does wired connection reduce sensor latency as well as click latency? This mouse has a very good sensor latency despite 1000hz, so the latency in wired connection is a concern. If you don’t mind, could you please measure the sensor latency with wired connection?

Hello, We don’t plan to retest this mouse in its wired configuration, as we expect most users will use it wirelessly with the included receiver. However, based on the click latency test results, there’s a slight improvement when wired, which suggests you might also see a small improvement in sensor latency. Regardless of the mode you use, this mouse performs very well and is ideal for gamers seeking minimal latency.
