No bend in my 2 H9e Plus's

Just FYI - HDR Vivid and Vivid produce much better picture brightness. And there’s no BEND in my 55" or 65". I think you got a defective unit. Your brightness levels seem off for HDR. This TV is WAAAY too bright for that. I returned a quality paneled TCL 615 to best buy, and bought my first 55" H9e Plus, and I was amazed at the picture quality, and it felt almost as bright. So, I’m thinking you got a bad one.
