Our white balance settings are only for SDR and shouldn’t be used for any other content like Dolby Vision or HDR. As for calibrating with your phone plugged into the TV, there might be some apps or something that you can use, but it isn’t something we’ve tried so I really can’t say if it’s a good way to do it or not (I also wouldn’t want to speculate and risk giving you incorrect information). Sorry about that!

Hello, i was looking at your calibration settings and have a question, i bought the U6G after going through your review. Why have you given so many white balance 20 screenshots, which one should i choose? Similarly for gamma calibration i see multiple screens you’ve shared, Can you please clarify?

I think it’s important to mention that we don’t typically recommended copying our white balance/color space settings as they’re specific to our unit and maybe not have the same impact on your unit. If you still feel inclined to use them, I suggest just following the pictures and adjusting the values as we do. You can probably start at the 8th picture though (from left to right and starting at the top left). Simply follow them as a guide and you should be good to go!
