Have both - and totally disagree with the conclusion that the Dyson is better. The fact that the Samsung has two batteries, is more versatile with a telescopic wand and (mop accessory extra cost) ,cleans for more than twice time, is better constructed, has a cleaning station that completely negates getting your hands dirty and completely keeps dust and allergens trapped throughout the cycle from capture to disposal - whatโ€™s the point of having hepa filters if you have to expose them to open air when emptying ?

    Hi Smudge,

Thank you for your feedback. You bring up really good points about the battery life and the debris disposal which perform better than the Dyson V15 Detect. The telescopic wand is also a nice touch. With our current test bench, the Dyson V15 Detect currently performs better than the Samsung Bespoke Jet for our usage scores, however this doesnโ€™t necessarily mean itโ€™s the best product for you. We appreciate your input on this as it helps us understand what people want and can help guide us on how we go about future test benches, recommendations, and usage scoring.

Thanks again for your feedback and have a great day!
