Q80B High Pitch Noise

After pouring over your reviews on this tv, I decided to get the 75" last weekend. Went home and setup the tv, lives up to the hype on picture quality etc. I have one issue, and am curious if you all or anyone else has experienced this, I have an Xbox One S that I use to game. I have noticed now that there is a high pitch squeal type noise that comes from the tv when it is in game mode, when I deactivate game mode, the noise goes away. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas of what could be causing it? Thanks for your time
