These are two different types of TVs, so if you're a movie enthusiast and want the best picture quality in a dark room, then get the LG B8, which has perfect blacks thanks to its emissive technology. If, on the other hand, you have a bright room or you'll be watching a lot of news channels, then get the Sony X950G, as it can get much brighter and doesn't have a burn-in risk.
