I’ve been struggling to find information on what exactly the differences were. I bought a 2-pack BE63 about 6 months ago and recently an additional 3 pack. Seeing BE65 on sale for less made me doubt my decision. But now seeing BE65 doesn’t have have USB3.0 port I’m glad I got what I did. Can just attach a hard drive to the router and have an easy media server.
Also FYI there’s a BE63 v1 and v2 to watch out for that there’s like zero publication on. When I bought the second set I wouldn’t have known any difference except they come with a 2.5A power supply vs 3.3A on original. Different firmware as well. Can’t find any information on what exactly changed internally. Was planning on leaving the power adapters in place since they’re in the attic feeding through wall so I’m glad I noticed.
