The Samsung TU8300 is a marginally better TV than the Samsung RU7300. Both TVs feature a curved screen, but the TU8300 can get slightly brighter, has better motion handling, marginally lower input lag, and slightly better speakers. On the other hand, the RU7300's contrast is slightly better, and its colors are much more accurate out-of-the-box.
