Sony A95L OLED
Sony A80L/A80CL OLED
The Sony A95L OLED is significantly better than the Sony A80L/A80CL OLED. The A95L delivers a much more impactful HDR experience thanks to its much higher peak brightness and better image processing, resulting in smoother gradients in HDR and less banding. Colors are also far more vibrant and impressive on the A95L thanks to its QD-OLED panel. The A95L is also a bit better for gamers, as it supports Dolby Vision gaming at up to 4k @ 120Hz.

Update: We uploaded the brightness measurements and uniformity photos after running the TV for four months in our Accelerated Longevity Test.
The local dimming on this TV is fantastic. Blooming is barely visible in some cases only from an angle. Either than that the tv has no other negatives. Native contrast is not an issue as you stated on the rating as Samsung has Dynamic contrast mode and Contrast volume from 0-100. Setting the Dynamic contrast to High and the contrast volume to 100 the picture quality is exceptional. When i first saw the tv next to an oled I wasnt sure which one was the oled and which one the mini led. Fantastic picture quality in all modes. Please check your review as i find it inaccurate especially in HDR MOVIES / TV SHOWS and HDR GAMING.
An overall of 8.5 would have been more accurate rating for the QN85B especially if you have the latest Firmware update.
