On the downside, it's a little tricky to clean properly, which can be a nuisance if you run the unit frequently.

Compared To Other Humidifiers
The Sejoy ASN-13 is an ultrasonic humidifier with a tower-like form factor. This gives it a relatively small footprint but also makes cleaning every recess in its water tank a bit of a nuisance. Its humidification capacity is good, if a little less than alternatives like the Levoit LV600S. On the upside, its built-in humidistat, automatic off function, and remarkably long 30-hour plus max runtime still allow for a nearly complete hands-off user experience.

The Sejoy ASN-13 is a bit of a nuisance to clean. There are only five parts that need to be cleaned, but none are dishwasher-safe. Documentation on how to clean the humidifier is pretty sparse; there are no instructions concerning how to clean the motor or mist tube and how often this should be done. The tank's tall, narrow shape makes it difficult to reach the very bottom, which could lead to mineral buildup over time. There are exposed electrical connectors you'll have to work around within the tank as well.
This is a pretty feature-rich humidifier. The ASN-13 is equipped with a humidistat that allows it to adjust its mist level or even turn off to reach and maintain your desired ambient humidity level.
It also has a UV light water sterilization system to inhibit mold and bacterial buildup within the tank.
You can also add essential oil to the tray at the back of the unit and rotate the nozzle on top to orient the mist in whatever direction you'd like.
While it doesn't have Wi-Fi connectivity, you can control the unit with a remote control.
It's worth noting that air bubbles can accumulate within the tube that links the tank to the humidifier system, preventing the ASN-13 from operating properly. On first-time setup, you may have to unseat the tube and prime the unit to clear out any air bubbles.
This is an ultrasonic unit with power consumption comparable to many other units. Running it for prolonged periods is unlikely to have a significant impact on your energy consumption.
This humidifier's overall efficiency is great. If you use this machine in cooler, drier months, your heating system might have to work a little harder to maintain a comfortable temperature, but not by that significant a margin.
