The ATK Blazing Sky F1 V2 Extreme is a lightweight wireless gaming mouse that's an iterative successor to the ATK Blazing Sky F1 Extreme. It has the same small, symmetrical shape and PixArt PAW 3950 Ultra sensor as its predecessor, but features a newer Nordic 54H20 MCU (microcontroller unit) and different optical switches.
Our Verdict
The ATK F1 V2 is a suitable work mouse, though it wasn't specifically designed for that purpose. It boasts excellent build quality and a symmetrical shape that accommodates small to medium-sized hands. However, it lacks helpful productivity features like a free-scrolling wheel mode and Bluetooth connectivity. Additionally, its 200 mAh battery capacity is significantly smaller than that of many dedicated productivity mice.

Popular Mouse Comparisons
The ATK Blazing Sky F1 V2 Extreme is an incredibly incremental upgrade to its predecessor, the ATK Blazing Sky F1 Extreme. It has an identical shape and the same sensor, but sports a new MCU and a slightly longer advertised battery life. The most noticeable change, however, is the new L/R click button switches, which have much crisper and more satisfying tactile feedback.
Like the original F1 Extreme, this mouse is still a great option for a lightweight wireless gaming mouse at a mid-range price point. That said, the upgrades are so minor that it's difficult to recommend it over the previous model. The mid-range market segment is incredibly crowded with so many fantastic mice like the Scyrox V6, the Hitscan Hyperlight, the MCHOSE L7 Ultra, and the Pulsar X2N CrazyLight. You really can't go wrong with any of them, so choose the one whose shape you like the most.

The ATK Blazing Sky F1 V2 Extreme is the successor to the ATK Blazing Sky F1 Extreme. It brings a couple of very minor improvements: a new MCU, a slightly longer advertised battery life, and much more tactile and satisfying L/R click button switches. Both mice share the same shape and deliver virtually identical raw performance.
The Pulsar X2 CrazyLight and ATK Blazing Sky F1 V2 Extreme are lightweight wireless gaming mice with symmetrical shapes. They offer virtually identical performance and weigh about the same, but the Pulsar has an open bottom plate that can let debris enter the mouse. Their shapes also differ: the Pulsar's hump sits farther toward the rear, making it better suited for claw grips, while the ATK’s centered hump works well for both claw and fingertip grip styles.
The ATK Blazing Sky U2 Ultimate and the ATK Blazing Sky F1 V2 Extreme are lightweight wireless gaming mice. Both mice deliver similarly remarkable raw performance suitable for competitive gaming at any level, but the F1 V2 Extreme is ~15 grams lighter. The U2 Ultimate's shape is better suited for claw grippers with its wide, rearward hump, while the F1 V2 Extreme has a smaller, more moderate shape that's suitable for a variety of grip types.
