The Samsung J5500 LED TV is a good basic 60Hz TV. While it does have a good smart TV interface, it lacks more advanced features like motion interpolation or 24p playback. The picture quality is good in both dark and bright rooms, but it has quite a lot of motion blur.
The Samsung J5500 has great picture quality overall, both in dark and bright rooms. However, its motion blur could be an issue for gamers or sports enthusiasts. It also has judder when displaying 24p movies.
The Samsung J5500 has the same stand as the pricier J6300. It is stable, but a bit wide.
The contrast ratio is great, and the blacks are deep when viewed in a dark room.
The colors on the J5500 change as soon as you are at an angle. You can still see the picture, but it won't be as good.
Update 01/06/2017: We have changed the methodology of testing. Since this is an old TV which we don't have anymore, we extrapolated the results from 2016 TVs.
The semi-gloss finish on this Samsung doesn't reflect a lot of light. You will have no problem having a few lights on.
The maximum luminosity of the screen is average, so while it isn't the best choice for a porch or sunroom, it should be fine in a room with a few windows.
Unfortunately, there is a small judder in every movie. It is not that noticeable, though.
Game Mode on this Samsung brings the input lag to 40 ms. PC mode is barely higher, at 41.9 ms. Movie mode has 91.7 ms of lag.
This TV has Samsung's new Tizen smart interface, which includes a full web browser.

I got these on recommendation from this review. I liked them but sent them back after using them for a couple hours. The ear cups were a little small. Sound was great. The issue was that the headband kept pulling my hair out every time I took them off.
We’ve just released a new video that mentions the Sennheiser HD 560S here.
As the other user has said there seems to be a silent revision to this headphone in 2022 and I have seen the change in frequency response graph reported by many people in many audio forums, https://www.sennheiser-hearing.com/en-US/p/hd-560s/ckyy9r5q0016i0c96sk5d9tog/ Even in the website it lists some changes. This is one of the highest recommended open backs for pc gaming and I think it is worth testing if there is any changes in other measurements. Could you guys pls retest this head phone?
I’ve tried both the old version and the new revision (both new out of the box) and they sound the same to me. I think people might be comparing their old broken-in HD 560s with a new revision out of the box and there’s going to be some bias, earpad wear, breaking in of the headband, and loosening of the clamping force over time. If someone gives me a definitive side by side FR graph with brand-new, fresh out of the box sets of these tested on professional equipment and it shows some kind of significant variance, then I’ll believe something’s up.
From what I’ve heard with my own two ears, I don’t hear anything drastically different that warrants a retest, nor anything that warrants getting upset over. I can almost guarantee if there wasn’t a cable change, they could’ve had a silent revision and you could put them side by side and never know which was which based on sound.
Update: We’ve added a comparison between these headphones and the Sennheiser HD 490 Pro in Bass Accuracy.

Hello!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. For revisions, we consider them a separate product that would require a separate review. So, we added a new entry in our review pipeline page. If there’s enough user interest, we’ll buy and test a revised pair!
