Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 15 (2019)
The Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 15 (2019) and the HP ENVY x360 13 (2020) are thin and light Windows laptops, with the main difference being that the ENVY x360 is a 2-in-1 convertible that can be used as a tablet. The ENVY x360 is better overall because it's available with newer and more powerful CPUs, has longer battery life, and doesn't get as hot our loud under load. The ENVY x360 also has more ports, a faster storage drive, and it can be configured with a much brighter screen to combat glare. On the other hand, the Surface Laptop 3 has a much better touchpad and webcam, and it feels significantly better built.
