The Canon PIXMA TS202 and HP DeskJet 2855e/2852e are budget printers. While the Canon is a print-only model without wireless connectivity options, the HP is an all-in-one offering a flatbed scanner and wireless connectivity. Even without the scanner, the Canon is the better choice. The Canon prints better documents and has much better color accuracy; it's fine if you want to print photos at home occasionally. However, its low page yield means you can expect to replace the ink cartridge frequently if you print a lot. By contrast, the HP performs poorly overall. Its scan and print quality is mediocre.
