Brother MFC-J995DW

Epson WorkForce Pro WF-7840

The Brother MFC-J995DW is better overall than the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-7840. The Brother has a much better cartridge system that yields many more pages, resulting in a significantly lower cost-per-print. It also prints sharper documents and pictures. However, if you need to scan many multi-page documents, the Epson is a better choice as it can perform duplex scanning. It is also capable of printing and scanning up to Tabloid-size sheets, which is great for offices that require a wide-format printer.
