ViewSonic VX2758-2KP-MHD
Gigabyte G27Q
The ViewSonic VX2758-2KP-MHD and the Gigabyte G27Q are similar entry-level 1440p monitors, but the Gigabyte has a few advantages. The Gigabyte is much easier to adjust as it offers height adjustment, which the ViewSonic doesn't, and the Gigabyte also offers HDR, which is useful if you want to watch HDR content, but it has limited picture quality anyway.
